Things you need to bring
First and foremost, you are required to bring a valid Kansas Fishing License with you. Everyone on the trip must have this. Please understand that this is required by state law. Kansas Fish Guide is not responsible for providing you with a valid Kansas Fishing License. Failure to show us your valid Kansas Fishing License on the day of your trip will result in cancellation of your trip, including forfeiture of deposit.
You'll need to obtain a valid Kansas fishing license before your trip. To make things easier, you may purchase your Kansas Fishing License online here (https://www4.wildlifelicense.com/ks/index_hf.php).
For more information about the Kansas Fishing License, visit the official website of the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks.
Remember that food and drink are not provided, so bring your beverage and food of choice. A cooler with ice will be provided for your convenience. As dictated by state law, alcohol is NOT allowed on the boat.
So that you will fully enjoy the trip, we also recommend that you bring the following items:
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Hat
- Rain gear (just in case)
- a camera (to capture those memories and that big catch!)
